If you have medical and dental plans with HMSA and were diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition (other than pregnancy), then you may have been automatically enrolled in Oral Health for Total Health.
If you don’t know whether you’re enrolled in the program, log in My Account on hmsa.com. Select Dental Benefits in the Benefits drop-down menu. You’ll find your enrollment status in the Covered Services section. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
Once you’re enrolled in the program, you’ll receive a welcome letter and follow-up letters that explain the significance of the mouth-body connection and how the program can improve your quality of life.
